Very understanding and seemed to actually want to help. He was very reassuring and created a well thought out plan. Took all of my concerns and questions seriously and never once felt judged by him.

Mavis is just great. She was a great listener and very helpful. She spent more time (her own time) to talk to me even after the session finishes. She called me personally for multiple times to check on me and give me some advise. Overall I feel lucky to find her. She is a professional strongly recommended

Mavis was very accommodating and kind during my visit. She genuinely listened to my concerns surrounding medication and never made me feel like I was not being taken seriously, which cannot be said about other providers I have seen in the past.

Mavis gave me hope. I was extremely lost trying to navigate the healthcare system especially for mental health but she was able to provide me with helpful information and a path forward. I felt she genuinely cared about me as a human being and not just another patient.

I really enjoyed my first appointment, as someone with social anxiety and is very timid around new people even on video, I felt very comfortable and even welcomed in the appointment. I can't think of a better bedside manner. Also she was very informative, she gave me information regarding medications I didn't even know before. She definitely goes above and beyond, highly recommend!

Mavis was straightforward, honest, and an AMAZING listener. She was thorough in her questions and steered me towards a realistic view of what a successful path would look like, versus the big luminous unspecific idea I had beforehand.

Had a great experience! I was in our appointment early to be prepared and he met with me 15 minutes prior because I was already ready for him. Very nice and efficient and explained my treatment plan to me and made sure I was comfortable!
