After we run your eligibility, we would be able to give you a close estimate of how much your co-pay would be. Yes. Diligence Care Plus is proud to be able to offer its patients the Creyos Health Cognitive test. Creyos Health is an online brain health assessment service that accurately measures core elements of your cognitive function, including memory, attention, reasoning, and verbal abilities. The test combines proprietary online tasks with digitized behavioral health questionnaires. Combined with your provider’s assessment, the test aides  in  ruling in/out the diagnosis of ADHD.
